With over 19 years in the business Charles is an authentic example of professional real estate experience. Born and raised in Santa Barbara, he grew up in the Mission Canyon neighborhood. Charles is the definition of a real local Santa Barbara and Montecito real estate expert. Charles’ local knowledge combined with his vast industry experience is coupled with his powerful negotiation skills to give his clients a competitive advantage in the local market. Additionally, his diverse background in sales, finance and construction enables him to offer his clients unparalleled professional results based on expert experience. He has managed many residential development projects from concept to final sale. His portfolio of projects includes new condos, single family residential, existing home remodels.
Currently he serves on the Board of Directors and is a Vice President for two local financial corporations which operate as direct private lenders, residential finance brokers, and real estate investors/developers.
He is committed to the highest level of ethics, standards, and service in the real estate industry and the local community. He regularly volunteers at Hope Elementary School and a few local non-profits. Charles currently sits on the Professional Standards Committee and the Grievance Committee at the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors and holds a Probate and Trust Specialist (PTS), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and a Coldwell Banker Certified Negotiation Expert (CN) designation. He is a member of SBAOR, SBMLS, CRMLS, CAR, NAR.
Charles is currently raising his two daughters in the Santa Barbara tradition of “living in paradise”. Growing up in this area, Charles learned to surf at an early age and is now teaching them to surf. He has been enjoying the natural beauty of Santa Barbara his whole life. Because of this, he is passionate about helping other families find their dream homes in the area.
