Stan has lived in Montecito for the past 30 years, in homes bought from or sold by his now partner, Steve Epstein. When not attending Notre Dame football games, Stan can be found playing music or sports with his family and friends. Stan has strong ties to the island of Maui, having owned various properties there throughout his life. Some of his favorite Hawaiian pastimes include stand-up paddle boarding, hiking to waterfalls, and spending time in the warm water on the North Shore.
Stan has been integrally involved with Santa Barbara and Montecito real estate for the last 30 years. Stan was the number one real estate banker for many of those years, then developed and sold several properties individually and in partnership with top designers like Sorrell Design and Xorin Balbes of Temple Home Design. He has been a licensed Realtor since 2009 and later joined the award-winning Epstein Partners team.
